Super awesome customer service! Locally owed too! The speeds are mind blowing that I can max out my gig network. The install took less then an hour for me. They bridge there gateway to mine and had my static ip ready to go. The speed is mind blowing! I’m getting 950/950 Mbps and latency as low as 1ms all the time. I’m downloading 4K 60GB movies less then 5min. Spectrum can’t even come close to these number! @Allo, you have a new loyal customer and I’ll be spread the word! Switched from Windstream to Allo because of all the hype about how fast the service. It has been nothing but drop outs and buffering. Customer service sent a tech out he swapped out some equipment and said it'll work great. We still have constant buffering and drop outs. Went from paying 50 to paying 70 for service that doesn't work accordingly. Definitely switching back to Windstream

I had Allo installed and unfortunately for the install tech it took quite a long time, but they saw it through to the end. I like the straight forward pricing. Tech support is really good, much better than my previous ISP provided. The fiber speed coupled with the Allo Blaster device works well for all the new devices coming online these days. Very happy with the service so far.

I've called several times due to buffering/dropped signal. Each time I get stonewalled and told that because I'm using my own router (2yrs old, BTW) that you can't offer support. I find that strange, since I had ZERO problems with your predecessor using same router. My internet just keeps getting slower and slower. I was not offered your NEW, INCLUDED router when I signed up. I'm sure there's some type of lease fee that's not disclosed on the advertisement.

This is TWO months after installation. Flags are up, wire all over the yard and grass long because fearful or mowing over their wire. Why do I have to be more considerate than them? My son tried playing in the backyard and tripped over the cord. Unsafe! Two months AFTER installation!
