They apparently sent me a bill, which got returned to them multiple times. They called me once, which I did speak with them and corrected my address but I never got another call that they kept getting mail returned to them and the bills continued to go to the wrong address. I got sent to collections because no one in their office could be bothered to pick up the phone and call me again to make sure they had actually corrected my address. Great customer service.

I reported this management company to Great Plains Health. We received a physician's bill with no due date and it was paid for promptly by check and mailed. They called my mother the very same day her bill was received requesting payment for her past due balance and tried to coerce her to use her credit card for payment. The service representative was not friendly, denied any fault for sending the bill late (if that was the case), and also did not identify herself with the doctor, hospital, or statement balance connected to such services we had just paid. It wasn't until I refused the credit card and asked questions about the services was I able to gather more information to relate it to the bill noted above. Heaven forbid a senior who is starting to lose his/her independence gets a phone call that sounds similar to this one asking for a credit card number. Identity theft is rampant these days and businesses should make all the efforts in the world to protect confidentiality, peace of mind, and the rights of their customers.

UPDATE...After paying even more in attorney fees (over 200), they now say I have a 98 credit and issuing me a check per my doctor's office. No one has contacted me at all, not even a sorry we messed up your life. A MONTH AGO......They have sent me to an attorney and collection agency and the doctor's office even said I owe zero. Doctor called them and they also said I owed zero. They will not answer their phones, but a recording they are busy and to call back later in week. Doctor's office called them to contact me direct...still no response. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN 2 YEARS THEY HAVE DONE THIS. I hate to change physicians but I might and ask first who their billing agency is. This has ruined by credit rating.. UPDATE---I found out InPatient Physicians which is another uses ALN for their billing. We showed cancelled transaction and the attorney would not accept it either. I was given a summons at work-embarrassing. The my medical provider finally received a call Friday 9/2 (legal to begin 9/6) they found my payments. I want restitution for time off work and to my insurance for their time on this. I would say the attorney---but they are the UTMOST RUDE.
