My mother came here for rehab after a broken hip. All the staff treated her as their own family member, with kindness and caring concern. They even put out a bird feeder outside her window so she could do her favorite hobby of bird watching. The equipment she used for rehab was top-notch and she enjoyed the meals, sharing stories with other residents at the table. I would not hesitate having any family member come to this facility.

My grandma received great care during her stay for rehab! She is back home and doing great thanks to the therapist and care she received.
I couldn't have asked for more caring people nor a more welcoming environment. The food was better than I expected and the service, from delivery of medications to physical and occupational therapy were customized to my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Ambassador to anyone.
My grandma has been here for a while now. The nurses seem pretty nice, the rooms are always clean. I am glad she went here as I believe she gets good care.
My mother had terrible care here. She ended up dying from this place I but her there because she was running out of her funds she was at a great place but they do not except Medicaid so she ended up here they over medicated her they did not want her to walk she did not like that she did have dimenstia they did not take her to activities like they said they would why not? Because they where over medicating her! We but a stop to it on the meds she was only there 4 months she was starting to come back as mom then we get a call she has pneumonia we think I got right down there she was unresponding all said and done she had a urinary tract infection gone accept pneumonia she was gone in two weeks this place is a horrible place they the staff are on there phones and or under staff they killed my mom
Horrible horrible place. Do NOT place your loved ones here. Have a family member here who does not receive medications on time (or even within the 1 hour legal window), was supposed to be here for physical therapy but isn't allowed to even WALK (forced to be in a wheel chair at all times), is on many strong medication for neurological reasons and is being restricted fluids which can cause kidney and liver FAILURE. Signs inside say they were deficiency free this year but if you look on the US NEWS HEALTH review of this place it lists the violations they had,they just weren't FINED for it. Dispicable excuse for a nursing home or in-care facility.
