Trent did a fantastic job of managing my case in dealing with getting the job lined up, parts coming in, keeping me in my vehicle while waiting for parts, and then dealing with a fickle repair insurance company. He and his co-workers went above and beyond to provide a great experience. Great place and Great people!! Thank You.

The repairs were fine. Everything else is a migraine. Even though the company works as an ecosystem (buy and repair in house) nobody seems connected. Nobody seems to know how the warranty system works. To get a rental while they work on your vehicle you must first have your vehicle diagnosed, which will take atleast 1-2 days. Then if you are under 25 you have to go to enterprise. They do not care that I had to call in favors just to get from A to B for multiple days. Waited over 2 hours at enterprise for Anderson to communicate with them. The people in the shop are incompetent and show zero empathy for you. I wish I didn’t have to go here but if you buy the warranty with them you will be doomed... Edit on May 7, they responded to my review saying “Paul” will reach out. This is untrue and nothing has been done. Another perfect example how nobody knows what’s going on inside their system
Bruce in Service was amazing. Made the process easy and headache free! Can’t thank him enough for his help. His timeliness had me back on the road in no time! Felt like I was in and out. He provided great detail and explanation to the information I needed and made me leave feeling comfortable with the service provided! Thanks again for all your help Bruce! You the man. I would trust this dealership with anything related to my car and needs! The best!

I have had several things done at anderson quick lane. Everytime has been a great experience. They are usually busy but thats a sign of a good business. I have worked with Hans several times. Hans has always been straight with me and really does go the extra step. All good experiences here, get there early or make an appointment and you will be fine!
Hans Harnisch and his team did very well both times I have been there. The team is very friendly and fast and I will continue to go to them for all my vehicles from now on.
Had our car for three days to do a repair. Was told to have the car there "first thing" Monday morning and they didn't even start on it until Tuesday afternoon. If we wanted info or an update on the car, we had to call Anderson. Disappointing experience.
