*Honest Review* -- Recently, I purchased a New Ram1500 from Baxter. I am new to the area, as I've just moved here from Pennsylvania. I was rather concerned with what Dealership to go to and which be able would offer the best service and assistance, as I am not familiar with the area. I stopped into Baxter, and quickly got paired up with Sheldon Mausbach. Purchasing a New Vehicle can be somewhat stressful and slightly overwhelming, especially if its your first time at the \Rodeo\. After getting acquainted with Sheldon, he quickly directed me to the exact model, package, and color Ram that I was ideally looking for. Sheldon offered a very informative walk-around of the Vehicle, getting me familiar with all the gadgets haha. I then completed a test drive, and upon returning, he reviewed ALL of my concerns/questions that I had come across during the first drive. Sheldon went on to review \the numbers\, and this is where I truly appreciated my experience. This being my first New Car Purchase on my own, I wanted to make sure, I was making the most informed and logical decision. Sheldon walked me through everything, AND at my own pace. I did not feel rushed or pressured into a decision, and I had the attention I needed the entire time. I can assure you, Sheldon and the Team @ Baxter CDJR Lincoln, treated all of my concerns and questions as a top priority and truly wanted to make sure this was an outstanding and enjoyable experience. With that being said, I recommend anyone currently in the market for a new vehicle should stop by Baxter CDJR in Lincoln, and ASK for Sheldon Mausbach. It truly is an experience you will appreciate! I just want to give a shout-out to Baxter Auto and their amazing salesmen Daniel Joseph, for his outstanding customer service. He’s such a genuine salesman and I never felt pressured or rushed in my decision to buy. He picked up the car the day they got it in, drove it to my house, and allowed me to have a weekend test drive! He was so patient with me as he showed me all of the tech and features, even stayed after hours. If anyone is looking for a new/used car I give Baxter Auto and Daniel Joseph 5 stars! Go ask for “Joseph”, he’s the one with the biggest smile in the place!

Sheldon was simply the absolute best salesman. He was not pushy as some car salesman are. We told him what we wanted and he almost delivered. When I say \almost\, I mean that we wanted a blue Dodge Ram Rebel. However, they did not have one so they looked for one up to 300 miles around. No one had a blue Rebel. He showed us a 2019 Silver Dodge Ram Rebel. We test drove it and my wife, Patty, liked it so much that we decided to see what kind of deal we could make with Sheldon & his team. We ended up getting a good offer on our trade after much negotiating. We closed the deal & had them install running boards on our new truck. The picture was taken before the running boards were added. My wife is happy with the truck & her friends are envious of what they called, \That's an awesome truck !\.
