I'm new to new car dealerships. The people have been nothing but nice. Service dept has been great. They get me in and out quickly. Shuttle service or a loaner car. The service writer - I think his name Evan or Ethan- was super nice and helped me understand exactly what was being done. I asked one of the mechanics named Jeremy some questions and he helped me learn some of the "fancy doodads" on my new truck. I like these guys and will be back.

Got an oil change on my Tacoma and found front brakes needed new pads and rotors resurfaced immediately. Worked in and finished in a timely manner. Very happy with the quick brake job as I live 50 miles from dealership.

I just got my battery and spark plugs replacement as well as oil changes on March 6th, 2021. Paid 814.60. After getting done with the services, I left and started hearing noise from my engines. It gets louder when I press the accelerator and I also noticed the burnt smell out of my front engine. I stopped and open the car hood to figure out what did happen. I found an empty oil change bottle stucked inside of my engine, starting to burn a little. Check out the image below. They charged an amount of 434 for labor but what I just got is extremely unprofessional.

This business has very kind and very helpful staff — very friendly environment. I worked with Cullen West. I was not planning on giving my business to Baxter at Lincoln, rather Baxter in Omaha. However, when I inquired about a car that they had, Cullen sent me a text ASAP (probably about 10 minutes later) confirming the availability of the car and helping me get information retrieved for paperwork. He was very nice, informative, and genuinely cares about his customers. He even took time out of his schedule to work with me and show me all of the features that came with this car and making sure I fully understood how things worked! Thanks Cullen, and other staff — you definitely made my first car purchase an exciting experience :))
