Be aware that it is next to impossible to get anyone to answer a phone or give personal service by phone. The queue is endless, meanwhile you are invited to go online to solve your own problem or ask about inventory. You can of course take your own time to physically go down there yourself. For those of us living out of town with poor/unreliable internet this represents a great inconvenience and poor customer service. I will take it up with the manager on my next trip to town.
In and out. Staff is very helpful. Came in for a memory card the staff was able to take me to where they were located and even help me select one that would work well with my camera. The whole ordeal took up all about 10 minutes and in the climate of a pandemic being in a store with a bunch of people is the last thing I want to do. Highly recommended, clean facilities employees disinfecting surfaces and prompt service.
Did not have a simple Samsung TV power cord??? I’m not sure how this is possible. I moved and lost a power cord for my Samsung tv and still am unable to turn it on because No power cord. Seems like an item they should have available for someone who frequently and recently purchased a brand new 60in tv from. Which I have no complaints on that purchase or install.
