I always think I know what I want in a repair project and when the folks at Big R help me find what I need they also tell me the right way to do the project. Many projects have been guided by the knowledge of the Big R’s staff. Always appreciated!

Always and I mean always, check sale priced items after paying. Notorious for putting it on sale but not changing original price in computers. At checkout charged me original price of 9.99.

If you're a farmer it's great, your average person it's like Ace with less stuff you can use. However, there are somethings no one else has, so it's ok I'm my book. Wish they had insulation, went there recently they don't carry.
Can’t say enough positive things about the outstanding customer service I received. I took in a garage door opener that was a few decades old that needed a battery replaced. I had tried to get it opened but couldn’t. They spent at least twenty minutes getting it pried open and replacing the battery for me. They were kind and determined to help. A big thank you.
