They did very good work, however the receptionist was rude to me, and I nearly canceled the repair and went to All Star Glass. Hopefully this individual was just having a bad day, but it led to an unpleasant experience and I will only give 3 out of 5 stars, which I feel is generous.

With less than 800 miles on my new Altima, the unfortunate rock hit my windshield with enough force to absolutely crack it beyond repair. Working with my insurance company, I was given Binswanger Glass as an option for replacement. The scheduling was very easy, they came to my location and were on time, did a very professional job and made a bad experience better. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing windshield repairs or replacement. Thanks guys!
