Incredible Customer Service! Needed to order a grill and some accessory parts. Staff was fantastic at getting this done for me. Once the parts arrived, they brought everything out to my home. Very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Will shop there more.
This is the friendliest, most helpful hardware store in Lincoln. They have terrific knowledgeable employees that will go out of their way to help you. They know my name and my business is important to them.
This is my go to hardware store, I appreciate the local ownership and the fact that the same people have worked there for a long time and are very experienced. The store has everything you need for electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry plus lawn care.

Very friendly helpful staff, they take the time to greet you at the door and will help you find what you need. They even took the time to call around to find a replacement part they did not carry and asked if I would like them to order it in the future.
