Eddie and his team were incredibly professional in their removal, especially given the tight squeeze for equipment to get to the trees that needed removal. I was relieved to find this after several other companies had either simply not returned inquiries for bids, or stood up me up during scheduled appointments. Blue Ox promptly returned by request for a bid, and was at my home removing the trees within a week of accepting their bid. I had one small concern following their removal, and Eddie (the owner) personally called and made it right. I have a number of other trees that will need to come down, and Blue Ox has earned by business.

Blue Ox cut down the dead tree in our front yard and they did a great job! We are having it carved so there were some very specific instructions on how to cut the tree. They followed them exactly! We were out of town on the day the cut the tree down and Eddie, the arborist kept in contact with me and sent pictures when the job was complete! The neighbors were impressed at how quickly the job was completed and both my husband and the carver was impressed by how well they cleaned up everything! Thank you Blue Ox, Angie and Eddie and everyone else who offered such great service!
I had two huge trees that were a little out of control and I don't think had been trimmed for quite some time. I used this company to get it done and they were super easy to work with, they got the job done really quickly in the afternoon, the trees look great and they helped me get one more house task done for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company.
I have used Blue Ox Tree Service before, so I knew they would do a very professional job trimming three mature trees on my property. The crew checked with me before starting as to exactly what was to be done. They worked hard and quickly, and they consulted me two more times during the trimming to make sure I was happy as the work progressed. They were polite, respectful of my property, and raked up everything when they were done, leaving my lawn and sidewalks neater than before they came. My trees look absolutely beautiful!
