Fantastic customer service. Our hot tub was delayed because of COVID related manufacturing delays. Once it arrived it was installed very efficiently with extraordinary follow up communications to make sure everything was working as desired. If more businesses had this level of dedication to customer service, the world would be a better place.

Bonsall Pool & Spa is a wonderful company to work with. Due to Covid, we did not have a huge selection of hot tubs to select from, not their fault but the one we selected we love. The delivery of our hot tub went smoothly and they had plenty of staff available to help with the process of setting up. Shout out to the Lincoln Bonsall team. From the service team to the retail staff, I appreciate their entire crew. They have saved the day for me on a few occasions this year. I unexpectedly was running low on pool supplies at our apartment pool, they were able to deliver same day so we could keep the pool open heading into a weekend. Chris and Grant are always quick to reply to my questions for service needs. Andy and Jeremy know me by name when I come in to the store, is that a good thing?
