Poor telephone manner from reception staff, answered sounding disinterested, lethargic and generally unhelpful. Quick to jump to excuses for poor communication regarding appointment cancellations.

Very rude staff,especially the elderly lady. We have had a private exam with Dr. Nikolay Elmazev. He was made a wrong treatment history of my partner Firstly they took 60 deposit over the phone.The lady on the phone had confused our names despite the spelling- our surnames were wrong! After the exam of my partner,which was just 2 xray pics,they charged him 80 and 20 more from me- yes altogether 160 for both exams with 4 xray pics\u200d️,definetely not worth!!! It’s too expensive. After my phone call for an explanation of our charge...they said: “oh my dear,I will check straight”and she found something wrong It is established that they have to go back 50 because there is a record that 3 caries were done to my husband and nothing was done!!!wtf???
Waiting 8 month for an appointment. Now all my government benefit grant for NHS treatment has expired. Lady telephoned and all has been resolved and appointment made
I was wondering if the practice was offering any appointments for check-ups during the coronavirus. I went on line (I am registered for the online service). I found numerous appointment slots, and duly booked one. I decided to ring the practice for advice about entering the premises. There was a pre recorded message on there telling me that the practice is not seeing patients and that they would contact us all when the situation allows. In spite of the above, appointments are still showing as being available. Why hasn’t the online booking section been suspended/closed down? Patients could be taking time off work and travelling to the surgery, only to be turned away. So my advice to anyone reading these reviews is to ignore the online system. It is misleading people.
Secretaries tend to be quite friendly and half helpful, my dentist is good, and helpful and friendly, but the manager needs to work on her interpersonal skills, very rude.
