Where do I begin with our near 6 hour saga? Lack of screening anybody or sanitizing the waiting room? The woman having a miscarriage left to writhe in agony for all to see in the front of the waiting room, and the staff not caring enough to give her some privacy even after we asked if there was somewhere we could push her and offered her our "room" when we were called? Being told "we don't know what's wrong, but it's nothing fatal so stay hydrated and take ibuprofen" after not being offered a drink in 6 hours, and them knowing I was allergic to ibuprofen? The staff I dealt with was nice, and knowledgeable, but they made it clear that unless you were on the verge of death, bones protruding, or spurting blood, you were in the wrong place. They prefer you endure your pain, make multiple trips to your family doctor for tests and follow-ups, over multiple days or weeks while driving everywhere for lab work and xrays and maintaining a career, marriage, and kids and their activities. Bryan could easily provided all within hours, not weeks which is why our family doctor sent us to them. The follow-up Nurse call was an absolute joke.

Nurses were attentive, the P.A was real concerned. Got my pain under control in a short time. I would highly recommend this hospital!!!

Wonderful staff and very caring and thorough. Dr. Pogreba, in particular, is a great doctor. I’m thankful that they dug into my symptoms and found a well-hidden cancerous tumor. They literally saved my life.

Just Went to see if I broke my toe and the doctor made sure to bring up the last time I broke my toe on my other foot and she didn’t seem to even care .. Didn’t even offer to get something for my pain and they didn’t the last time either .. did g give a doctors note either.. guess I’ll go to a different hospital from now on.

They didn't believe me. The nurses are friendly and efficient, but they just wanted me gone. I've yet to leave feeling better. I've been twice in two days, haven't slept, and I fear I'm going to die in my sleep from cardiac arrest. But my heart checks out while I'm there. This is only in regards to the ER btw, no clue what rest of hospital is like. Overall, second best ER in Lincoln after Bryan West, 9/10 did what they could. May lower to two stars if I die in the manner I predict.

Went in after a car accident. I'm pregnant so I just wanted my unborn child checked via ultrasound. Which he was. And he was okay. But took the doctor like 2 hours to come in. He seemed very unprofessional. Was explaining to me that if the baby was harmed from the trauma there would be nothing he could do and it seemed like he was laughing about it. He made me feel stupid for even wanting to go to the er to make sure everything was okay. Despite him, the nurse was extremely nice!

A nurse who has worked here has told me of the horrors she has to go through working here the CNA do not help, she is placed under immense pressure to get her work down on top of her nursing cares. Seems another like a liability waiting to happen. Pathetic as a future nurse I told her that her and herself deserve better

Everyone in the E.R. was very caring, helpful and respectful, the E.R. staff all treated me very good and the paramedics got me to the hospital safely very quickly.
