A few good nurses kept this from being a one star review. I went in for a severed finger tip late at night. The doctor I saw initially told me he didn’t think it could be reattached, but it was the surgeon’s call. So I sat there with my severed finger sitting in a bag of ice on the counter next to me waiting for the surgeon to come. Eventually, halfway through the night, a nurse came in and told me to get comfortable, that the surgeon wouldn’t be in until morning. So, I was still under the impression there was a chance it could be reattached, and from what I’ve heard, there is a timeline for stuff like that - sooner is better. About an hour later, I was transferred to another room. They left my finger on the counter in the prior room, so I asked the nurse about it, and she said, “Oh, I’d heard they weren’t planning to reattach it”. So, she apologized profusely about the miscommunication, and promised to get some more information for me which she did. I found out there had been communication about it with the surgeon when I first came in, but I was left out of the loop. Eventually, the surgeon showed up in the morning to talk to me about why it couldn’t be reattached, and I understood, but was still pretty peeved that I’d been left there wondering if I was being neglected half the night. There were a couple other nurses the rest of the morning and in the afternoon after my surgery that were so empathetic and kind, it almost made me forget the mishap through the night. I appreciated them greatly.

They got my son in quickly. The nurses were all nice and the doctor was knowledgeable. I have never been to this location before to use the ER but i will come back again due to the good service we recieved.

If I could rate lower I would. Everyone was rude each time I’ve gone. Huge charge for no treatment.
