Went in here with my mom not quit sure what I was looking for or what to expect I can imagine us looking lost but then NICK came up to us and my whole experience got 100% better from there, he asked me a few questions about myself and went around the store and brought me the most amazing items that I GENUINLY loved. He knew exactly what my style was. And most importantly he made me feel really good about myself. I haven't wore jeans in atleast a year!! Now thanks to exceptional customer service from an AMAZING PERSON like nick and all the others at BUCKLE I know just where to spend my money when I want to look and feel beautiful

Went in to look for a Christmas present for my sister today (12/07/2020), they didn't have the exact style of shoe that I was looking for. However Carter helped me find another style that she will LOVE, and had emaculate customer service while helping me. I was hoping to find a survey that would give him a shout out on the company site, however this will have to do. Anyone going in to this location needs to find Carter to help them! He was super sweet, fun, and helpful!

Employees were rude and very pushy. I was just looking for a comfy lounge pant and was told to go somewhere else because I am to curvy for their pants. This was super unprofessional and I will never shop at the buckle again if these are the kind of people representing the company.

I love this store!! And it is mostly because of the workers! They are so friendly and happy to help you out!! They have great clothes and not too terribly priced on some items. It is always nice to see a smiling face to help you!!
