No pain or problems with my extraction of 5 teeth and gums stitched , this was due to my dentist not be able to remove them and I would like to thank all staff from receptionist, dental nurse to the dentist who at this difficult time all went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. I found them all to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health. Thank you for making the experience in covid and while I was in pain, I have to say a relaxing experience ( never thought I’d say that about a dentist)

This is my usual surgery but was referred to the MOS team to have a tooth out. Anis and Steph were great. Put me at ease and it was over and done with so quick after me being in Agony. So grateful and thankful for their kindness. Sophie helped me on the phone too as I was in so much pain, showed empathy and gave additional tips. Also lovely ladies on reception also have helped me on the phone or given me triage, Sarah, Samira, Sue, Alicia and Julie. All very friendly and helpful.

Whenever contact them they refer to other places with 6 month wait time. Went with my daughter's teeth issue in end 2019, seen in Jan 2020, sent to another place (1 hr away from Lincoln) where they couldn't help without removing three healthy teeth; now we are in oct 2020 and they (BUPA) say ok another appointment with another place in 6 month time! I just felt that BUPA is like a switchboard which takes 6 month to wait (not funny at all). They just waiting when my daughter will grow up I guess
