I was treated with zero customer service, empathy, respect or concern. A third party vendor failed to properly submit a work order, and I was made to feel I was a major problem because I showed up to the scheduled appointment. To say I was treated poorly is an understatement. The owner's anger with the vendor was taken out on me because I was the unlucky one standing there in front of him. When I tried to stand up for myself I was told, \see you later!\ I will not make the mistake of choosng this business again.

We stopped here after we ran into an issue on the highway during a cross county trip. They took the time to help us and went out of their way to make sure we were taken of. The problem with our car was addressed within the discussed timeframe and at a reasonable price. Lenny was such a great help to us and extremely knowledgeable! I don't live in the area, but if I did, this would be my go to shop.
They were very helpful. Needed major brake work and worked with what I could pay. I will definitely be back for more repairs.
The work I've had done at Century has been done well, communicated clearly, finished on time, and priced very fairly. I appreciate having a place to trust here in Lincoln. I always grew up with my dad as my trusted auto mechanic in the family, but moved to Lincoln a few years ago and away from home. I have gone to Century for several car repair issues since moving to town. Some of the repairs have been small, some quite extensive, but Lenny has always provided great service at a fair price. Highly recommend.
While on a across country trip, we had an emergency wiring issue with our van which required a tow, diagnosis and repair. We were elated with the expertise, honesty, cost and 24 hr. convenience of this garage. When we were awaiting diagnostics on the van problem, the overall vibe reminded us of a skilled surgical center. We watched the owner, David, come out and talk honesty in a private, quiet tone with each customer. This approach created a calming to an otherwise stressful problem. Carol, the office manager, helpfully suggested sight- seeing while we waited for the van to be repaired and gave us a ride into the city. As a result, our van breakdown, turned into a great adventure on our road trip. We can't say enough good about this establishment. We only wish we could have them as our mechanics in South Carolina.
