Roger with Century's maintenance crew was able to help me out today and he had great service and was more than willing to answer all of my questions. I made a call to maintenance around 10:00 a.m. today to notify them that there was a leak and a brand new yellow stain in my ceiling because of the snow melt. Roger showed up in just a few hours (around 1:00 p.m.) to help me with the issue, but the main reason I am giving Roger 5 stars is that he was able to help me out with another issue on my toilet that he wasn't even aware of until he arrived to my apartment. He spent over an hour to fix my toilet up right there on the spot and did a great job!

I feel like I have to let people know, DO NOT RENT HERE. Ive attached photos of my air filtration systems filter. You may think it got this bad because of COVID but no, over 2 years in this apartment and they still have not tried to fix the system or keep up to date with filter changes. The air I breathe in my own apartment is toxic! Today a maintenance person came into my apartment and told us to wash out the filter with water. They are either to lazy or to cheap to change our filter even when it needs to be done. Just look at these photos and tell me if you would like to breathe that in every single day? Do you think rinsing this filter off with water is the best solution for this problem? Century doesn't care about people, they care about money.

I call about an issue I get a letter on my door. Covid hit and because I was out of work im a tad behind. But I pay rent all the time. I paid rent and now I have a note saying im getting evicted. Don't go to them at all. They are people who just want monwy.

The maintenance service here is pretty good. Roger came to my apartment and fixed broken windows immediately. He is very polite and helpful.

Mike with Century helped us out with some A service today. We live in one of the apartment buildings and my garage lost power over the holiday weekend. Mike was sent over today to address the issue. He was professional, fast, and a great guy. Definitely recommend Mike if you have a maintenance issue. Thanks! -Markus #52
