I have to say that Certified has amazing quality, and gave me great service! Steve has helped me out a lot to understand what’s going on with my car and took it upon himself to follow up with me after I had an issue that left me almost stranded because my car went haywire. Caleb was also amazing when communicating with me the progress of my vehicle being serviced. I really appreciate the welcoming atmosphere whenever I walk into Certified. I will definitely be returning for any transmission issues in the future!

The customer service was far and above anything I could have expected. I was without a transmission from out of town. I got a quick and immediate diagnosis and my car was done on the date and time I was told. I highly recommend!
Caleb and his crew were fantastic. I called about not being able to shift and my clutch being stuck to the floor. They were able to diagnose the problem get the part ordered and get me back on the road quickly. Every one was very polite and kept me up to date on the progress. Very happy with the work and the efficiency.

I took my grand prix into Caleb and Stephen. It ended up being a very complicated problem to solve. They kept working through all the processes, all the while keeping me in the loop and answering all of my questions. The techs did an excellent job of repairing my car. I would take my vehicles here for any future repairs.
