The layout to our place was fantastic. Good location in Lincoln and affordable, good value. We would have stayed longer if a job change didn’t take us out of Lincoln. We did have some noise issues (heavy footers upstairs) but that was our only real issue. Management & maintenance was always quick (24 hours or less) to respond to our needs. The mail/package delivery could cause some issues, as we heard of some folks getting stuff stolen but we never had this issue. All in all, good experience. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Chateau was a great place to live in Lincoln! The staff was always friendly and helpful, the complex was clean, well maintained and conveniently located in Lincoln. From our first conversation with Theresa when applying to all the other conversations we’ve had with her the past 2 years, she was always awesome and professional! Lacey, Nicole, Conner and all the other office staff did a wonderful job answering questions and being helpful as well. The maintenance staff was always kind and fixed any issues within a timely manner. I could not have picked a better place to rent in Lincoln. Thank you Chateau!

Chateau is one of the best places to live in a great location. They keep the units updated & the staff is all very friendly & helpful & always stays on top of things. They are a pet friendly community if you are an animal lover. If you are looking for an apartment, I highly recommend Chateau, it is an awesome place to live.

I’ve lived in quite a few apartments and Chateau has been my favorite by far. Quiet, family friendly, clean. Maintenance was always friendly and speedy, which is hard to find. Office staff was kind and responsive. Move in and out was easy and painless!

I have called for assistance in several areas regarding maintenance or carpet cleaning or basic general questions and each and every time I am greeted with very professional staff who are always helpful and able to assist me with whatever issue I have called about and my concerns are delt with in a timely response and at no time have I needed to call a 2nd time to get my results. I have lived here for 3 years and have no intention of leaving because of the wonderful staff and facilities.
