Both my husband and I have been seen by Dr. Douglas Lyssy in the ER department at different times. He was extremely personable and compassionate, checking in on us several times during our stay. We felt he was thorough in testing, putting our minds at ease. His suggestions for follow-up care were appreciated. We would highly recommend him.

I was very impressed with the care I received for appendicitis. The nurse Dani and PA Emma gave me top notch care and their personality’s shined. I really felt like I was in good hands!

Such a terrible experience they make a pedi unit only for the rooms it’s not pedi drs, it’s the same drs from the regular ER! Take my daughter there and they stick us in a room for 2 hours without being seen, when I hit the nurse button she says we will be in when we can and hangs up! So basically all they did was make the ER bigger with the same amount of drs!! Terrible terrible!! We finally left after 2 hours came to Bryan and was seen by a dr in 15 minutes!!

Wish i could give negative reviews the only nice person was the charge nurse. My nurse cassie was so freaking rude when i asked to speak to charge nurse she tried to deny me that right thankfully i work in medical field and my sister is a charge nurse so i know my rights. Because i have endometriosis the nurse treated me like a drug addict first off i quit pain management years ago because i dont want to take pain meds i hate them. And sexondyi can’t in because of a cyst in my abdomen so don’t judge me. I think she needs to have better bed side manners or get new career

The line was non-existent the day I went in to the emergency room. Had some severe pain in my torso and ended up needing an appendectomy. The nurses, surgeon, PAs and radiologists were all very caring and helped assure me. I felt listened to, and very confident in what they were doing. Immediately after I woke up from the surgery I felt a lot better. I appreciated that they had a Chaplain stop in too.

I will never go to Bryan Hospitals again after the experience here. Saint Elizabeth is amazing.

After reading all negative reviews I was threatened to death to go there. Since they accept my insurance I had No choice. I want to contradict with all negative reviews because I had a good experience there. Dr. Rounsborg is amazing. I got extremely high quality service and they treated me very well. I am very grateful for everything they did.

Worst experience of my life! Left in tears! The physicians are unqualified. Recently moved to the area. Chose CHI because I was in need of a physician that would understand my condition. Boy was I wrong.
