When I asked about specific product purchase and how the manufacturers website only sells through distributors the sales lady told me to go to Target. Which I said we already had and Manufacturer only sells through a distributor, not even online. She told me to go to the website, I reiterated that they don't sell it on the website to the public, only through a distributor. If they don't carry them did she know of anyone who was a distributor. She again said to try target. It was one of the most unhelpfull experiences I've ever had.

I've had to pick up supplies from them for an on going issue. I come in weekly, they always have my order ready and waiting for me. They are pleasant and knowledgeable, and deal with the insurance company for me! Bonus! Plus, I just love the flamingos!!!
