Choice's staff were unorganized and had poor communication. No one could answer questions or concerns of mine throughout the program, and staff failed to provide updates regarding the program as I progressed. The program is very expensive for those who self pay, and when I voiced my dissatisfaction with the treatment I was provided, rather than offering a logical solution, they told me to go somewhere else. I feel that for over 1000 a month, they should be more willing to work with someone who is seeking treatment for alcohol and depression. Would not recommend.

The whole staff is very engaging and encouragement with no judgement. I enjoyed the evening and individual sessions and learned so much about myself. I give bug thanks to Janet for her listening, insight, compassion and really getting to know each other. I want to go back as soon as I get extra money! This is a great atmosphere to share comfortabley and get support you need whatever it may be. All I can say is thank you from the depth of my heart. I encourage you if you need help to reach out to Choices. Highly recommend
