Beautiful facilities, friendly and professional staff. I was gifted a treatment here and wasn't sure I would pay for a laser treatment myself, but my skin looks holy cow AMAZING! If you're even *thinking* about it, you must try!!

I went to Citrine Med Spa right after they opened for laser hair removal and microneedling. It was my first experience going to a med spa so I will admit that I was really nervous and a little intimidated because I’ve heard both of those treatments can be really painful and unpleasant. I’ll first start out with the office itself. It is very clean, chic, well-decorated, and everyone on staff is extremely friendly. I started with the hair laser removal on my underarms and legs. . Not sure why I was so nervous because it was SO quick and pain free. Maybe they use some new pain-free laser?? I did feel a light pulling sensation but other than that the warmth from the laser felt a little bit like a hot stone massage on my legs. Both treatments took about 5 minutes. The person who performed the microneedling was so nice and knowledgeable. I knew what she was doing every step of the procedure. She used a couple applications of numbing cream which I think really helped. The first pass I hardly felt a thing- the second/ third I could feel what she was doing but she was constantly checking in to see how I was doing. I can’t wait to see the results! I really have no complaints about Citrine. The booking process is so easy. I work long hours and live outside of Lincoln. They said they work weekends and could be flexible with me- Citrine essentially provides concierge service. If you're on the fence I highly recommend checking them out. They will really listen to you and won't try to oversell anything- they want to make sure you have the best experience.
