I was so lucky I ended up here! All the staff was amazing. They fit me in to their busy schedule and made me feel so much better about going to the dentist. Coming from Hawaii, I was happy to find a place with Aloha. I am actually looking forward to going back...go figure!!

I have been coming to Smile Keepers for a couple years. The dentist has been really good. Also, the hygienist is very thorough. A year ago I went in for a cleaning and they told me I had to have a full set of x-rays. I told them they had just done that 6 months prior. They (hygienist) said they were with a new computer system and needed new x-rays. Fine. Turns out, my insurance would not pay for the x-rays (only 1 set of x-rays a year are allowed). Smile Keepers sent me the bill after that. I called and told them what had happened and they said no problem they would credit me. A month later, I got the bill again. I called them again and they said sorry, don't worry about it. They got it right and credited my account that time. Prior to that, they also had another billing issue but I forget the details. I called just a couple days ago as I had lost a filling. When I called to make an appointment, they told me it would be a month until I could be seen. I re-iterated that I had lost a filling at was concerned that I might have pain at any time. Didn't matter. The scheduler told me that I still could not get in until the end of August. I called Lakeside Dental and they had me come in the next morning. I am set now. So, I hate to write a negative review and don't want to overstate the issue, but I don't plan on going back unless I have to. To summarize, I think Smile Keepers dentists and hygienists do a fine job, but I think the office is not well managed.
Best dentist office ever! Front office staff, assistants, Dr Bullock, Dr Andrews, hygents & everyone else! This place rocks.......

Worst dental experience I’ve ever had, top to bottom. Constant turn over. No availability. Paid for in house dental plan and today was told there are no hygienists and to go somewhere else. Lawsuit forthcoming.
