Excellent customer service with plenty of details on their product. We got good advice and the mattress that was right for our situation. I would highly recommend this local business. Prices were better than the chain stores and the turn around was much quicker.

Mike was amazing in helping us find a good pet bed for our dog Remi. She is still a growing puppy so he helped us plan for now and the future so we can get the longevity we were looking for. Remi has problems when she sleeps with overheating. The cooling technology let’s all of us get a goodnights sleep every night. Overall, we had a great experience with ComfortMade and their products!!

Everyone was so nice and helpful, and we love how they are locally owned. We ordered a split king with adjustable bases on a Saturday, and by the following Monday late morning/early afternoon we had already received a call that they were almost finished with it and were ready to set up delivery that Wednesday! Jesse and another employee (sorry I forgot his name) were super professional and efficient while setting up our bed and making sure it was adjusted to the proper height so that my husband with MS was able to get in and out of it easily. They explained how everything worked and even helped move my old bed frame to the basement for me. They get all the gold stars in my book. Probably the best experience I've ever had shopping for a mattress. Definitely recommend them....they even make reasonably priced dog beds..much to my toddler's delight!

Mike was awesome to work with! My expectations were high and they meet them. I wanted new foam for my couch cushions. I would recommend this company to anyone a little high in price, but what isn't now days.

Well worth the drive from Omaha! Mike took time to explain every facet of putting a mattress together that would fit our comfort level both physically and financially. The investment is second to none! Don't forget the PILLOWS!! They are the BEST!! It's also great to support a local, veteran owned business!

It was a very refreshing retail experience to work with Mike at Comfortmade. He greeted us, walked us thru options from bottom to top end explaining how the beds are custom made. No pressure and encouraged us to take our time on each mattress. This is truly a locally owned store as the owner greeted us in store, sold, made and then delivered our mattress. All within days!! And they even make dog beds! We are all sleeping better and a week hasn’t even passed since we said “Let’s go get a new mattress!”. Thanks, Mike and crew!!

We needed a new mattress and wanted to shop local. We started at Comfort Made Mattress Factory, and from the minute we walked in, we knew we were at the right place. The customer service was pristine! Mike took the time to explain their product in detail and answer all of our questions. (We had a lot.) Our custom-made mattress was not only made locally but was delivered to our house and assembled by professionals.
