I took my wife to complete family dermatologist for her acne problem. She was examined for two minutes and we were told that there is nothing much they can do. I told the Dr that they have mention so much on their website about acne treatment but all they suggest was a cream for the spot treatment. I was really disappointed with this. This cream make things even worse for my wife. This whole visit cost us 112. I will not recommend anybody to go there. They seems to claim a lot on their website but end result is nothing.

They are impossible to get ahold of on the phone. I left several messages and never got a call back. They make you feel privileged to get an appointment as they are just too busy for new clients. I have also been waiting over 3 months to get pre-approval for a procedure with them.

We went to this provider when our one-year-old son was experiencing recurring diaper rash that would not clear up. I forgot the insurance card and the receptionist said that it would take her half an hour on the phone to get the insurance number and so I should go home and get it, which is on the other side of town. After my husband pressed her to just make the call, she reluctantly did and it actually took less than 5 minutes. We also sent a copy of the card in afterwards. I can understand that I could have disappeared and never sent in the insurance info, but I also could have left to get the insurance card and never returned. After seeing the doctor twice, he never seemed to know what to tell me. He was a very nice and courteous man, but ignored my asking for allergy testing or a referral for allergy testing as if it wasn't necessary. After the second visit we eliminated cow's milk from his diet and the rash cleared up. He has been rash free since, and it has been several months. For his expertise on skin I cannot comment, I think allopathic medicine has its limits and no doctor would have been able to help in this case because of the nature of the problem.

Quick in and out, took care of my problem areas, listened to me, and overall my wife and I were glad to get our problem areas treated.
