Holy moley: it was single digits today with the wind chill, and my furnace just---stopped. Degree was here within an hour, fixed everything in 30 minutes, and even did the courtesy of sliding in my new furnace filter I hadn't gotten around to yet. The nice man petted my dog on the head and wore his mask the whole time. Professional, fast, effective, AND very reasonably priced. LIFESAVERS: thank you!

Needed a general once over of the HVAC system after moving into a new house. Repair person was on time and able to figure out that one part was broken and there was an issue with the filter. With the check over of the heating/air and a new part, visit was about 180 (new part was 50). Was even able to recommend a duct cleaner. Only reason for four stars was it took them about two weeks to return my call. Otherwise, everything was great.
I called two companies to get a quote on replacing my A/C. Degree has made minor repairs on the unit over the past couple of years, but this time I was sure it would need to be replaced. The other company gave me a quote right away. Degree was busy and told me there would be a wait for the estimate. I decided I'd wait, and was so glad I did! They didn't just give me a quote, they investigated the problem. Thankfully it was repairable for 350 instead of needing an entirely new unit. Thank you, Degree!

I was looking to get a humidifier installed on my heating unit, as the house gets extremely dry during the winter months. Simmons plumbing, whom which we've had much luck with, went ahead and installed a water line for us, and told us to contact Degree, to install the actual humidifier. I have contacted degree FOUR times now. Everytime, I am met with a receptionist who says she'll have to talk to a Kevin (I'm pretty sure that's the name) who will call me back. After four phone calls, I have yet to hear back. I will be taking my business somewhere else as clearly it is not wanted here.
