Joshua was awesome! We found ourselves in a tough spot with a previous contractor and called Joshua to get a second opinion on the work that had already been completed. Joshua pointed out some major issues (wrong tile adhesive used, poor grout work) that would’ve resulted in a disaster later on. He came in like Superman and fixed all of our concerns as well as corrected the previous contractors mistakes. He was even kind enough to offer to let our previous contractor shadow him to learn some more skills working with tile. If you want a reliable contractor who is going to communicate with you in regards to letting you know what time he will be there daily, give you updates/suggestions for the project, and someone who can help make your project vision become a reality, than this IS your dude!

Josh did any amazing job on our bathroom floor! He was quick to remove the old tile and the install went perfectly. He also helped on suggestions when I wasn’t sure on tile pattern. The heated floor he installed beneath the tile makes the room feel like a luxurious hotel bathroom and I am one happy customer. I highly recommended! -Ashley
We got linked up with Joshua at DeMar Tile and Stone after attempting to get quotes from a few other contractors. Other contractors that we met were good but the communication and quote turnaround were the typical slow moving process (waiting weeks for answers etc). When we finally met Joshua we knew right away he was our guy. He was always quick on responding, always super professional, easy to bounce our questions and concerns off of and overall just a super pleasant person to work with. When it came to the install, Joshua absolutely smashed it out of the ballpark - he took our idea and brought it to life beautifully in our home. Can’t say enough about the quality of this Lincoln, NE small business!
We got quotes from several companies and thankfully chose to go with DeMar Tile & Stone. Joshua is professional, honest, courteous and produced quality work. Joshua renovated our master bath and it is GORGEOUS ! We added many major last minute requests like moving electric, scraping ceilings, etc. and he STILL completed the job on time. We will definitely be hiring DeMar Tile & Stone again and I highly recommend them to anyone !!!!
Joshua did a beautiful job on my tile install, he has a very artistic eye and strong work ethic. He did a great job at being patient and understanding with changes I made midstream. His work is superb and his customer service is exemplary. Will definitely be utilizing his services in the future.
