I bought a Jeep from Dillon and a week after I had issues. We were sold a 2,000 warranty for the vehicle at purchase. I took the Jeep down to Lincoln from Omaha twice to get a noise fixed. The service team was incredible from getting me a loaner and great customer service. Overall the noise was never fixed but the dealership covered the cost of trying to repair it. Now I have called and wanted to get it in for a third time after finding out what the problem is. I was told to talk to Justin and he offered horrible customer service and I was told if I didn’t want the vehicle to bring it back. Excuse me? I shouldn’t have to bring it back. I just want the repairs to be covered as I literally just bought the vehicle. I was also told that he already spent 1500 worth of work put into it and that my 2000 warranty wouldn’t cover any of the issues. He had said that that we only had the basic warranty and with the mileage it had on it, it could not be fixed. I have only put 1,000 miles on it since purchase. If the warranty won’t cover anything then don’t sell it. This place is a joke. Justin was horribly rude and did not even offer to make it right. He had no concern whatsoever about this sale. As an owner or a higher end manager, I would have expected better customer service and to at least be treated with a little bit of respect. This is the last time we will EVER buy a vehicle from Dillon due to this horrible experience and customer service.

Not sure why their rating is what it shows here. My experience was ️ ️ ️ ️ ️!! Efficiently buying a Tesla there’s a lot that dealers don’t normally know. These guys were great experts! Happy to fly to NE to get my baby.
