The lady was an old gal, she was exceptionally rude! She yelled at us for multiple things. My friend recieved a phone call while in the store and the chick behind the counter kicked us out because she answered the call. I dont know what of business has someone working who snaps at there customers. But I refer so many customers to that store. That was the first time I took my girlfriends in that store. Not anymore. Never again. Everything is too overpriced. Go to Spencer's. Better customer service. Also there isn't an old snappy b%#* at Spencer's.

The shop attendant, a thin, blonde haired woman who was not wearing a mask, sweared at me when I presented her with my expired ID and paperwork given to me from the DMV. I calmly asked her for the name of her or her supervisor. She then threatened to call the police for harassment. This is how Dr. John's on the 48th conducts business. I suppose my expectations should have been lowered for a sex shop.

Upon entering the location this particular time I was id'd for the first time ever I'm 37 years old and have probably use my 10% military discount there in the past spent hundreds of dollars, but apparently it's company policy all of a sudden to ID all people who walk in even if the gray in their beard is clearly showing. Though I was just there to look for a gift for someone else in the future I'll stick to online shopping or something you have completely lost my business at least at that location because this is never been a problem before not even at that location I think it's more of a employee policy than a company one because previous employees have had common sense.
I went in there today for a basic bullet. Traveling and forgot to pack for myself. Went in there and everything was dated, old and outrageously expensive. The woman didnt seem to care that I was even there. I asked about the prices being over priced and she got an attitude. Hell before that she seemed to have an attitude when I asked her a question on the wevibe that is only 199.99 that I got from We Vibe themselves... theirs is almost 500... or the cal exotics G-kiss that is at most 19.99, their price was 53.99!!! Their old and not body safe toys should be checked. I do not recommend this place. First time toy owners will be sold bad products that are grossly over priced.
