This people delivered my pizza at the door without ringing my doorbell or knocking on my door, and there was no email or indication that my food was delivered. I ended up finding my food by by door under the cold weather, completely cold. The staff member that I spoke to tried to justify their actions.

Amazing Coupons and prices, quality pizza, no, best pizza. But that's applicable to all Domino's stores, so lemme tell what's a bit more exclusive. The place is small, and just the size it needs to be. It has a good atmosphere. Also, the employees are nice, or at least the ones I've encountered. As you might know, this particular Domino's replaced an old Blockbuster, and, well, the successor to suite #9 was much better, that being its current inhabitant, this Domino's. 9/10 for me! (The picture looks really green because I have my flashing LED's on right now)

This dominos always delivers so fast to use and put pizza is always hot and fresh. Once time we had an order mix up and they were so helpful and corrected quickly. Affordable and fast (:
So I just got my pizza and parmesan knots and a diet coke. Neither of my pizzas were cut at all, and the knots didn't come with any sauce in the box. I paid 33 or so and tipped the delivery kid 6. I called the store, didn't scream at anybody and stated that I was upset with the service and here's the best part.....the manager told me.....no wait....the manager wouldn't even get on the phone....he/she told the young girl I talked to that \I\ could drive the pizzas back to the store and they would remake them. So not only did you screw my order up, but you want me to spend my gas money and take away the comfort of my own home (the whole point of having it delivered in the first place and charging people for it) to drive your screw ups back to you in order to MAYBE get good service the next attempt. I think that is the worst customer service I've seen since Amy's Baking Company....
