I kenneled my dog with Dove's when I left town for a few days. He came back home in terrific shape - he usually slept for two or three days after a kennel stay, but he wanted to go for a walk the evening of the day we picked him up. Thanks Dove's!

Beware. Wonder does not keep his word and then goes unresponsive. Had to dispute credit card charge and file a BBB complaint. Do your research.
I can't imagine how hard it would be for both me and my dog had Willie not taken us on as a client. He is incredibly personable, knowledgable, and hardworking. My adopted husky has made amazing progress with her separation anxiety, obedience, and leash behavior. Working with Willie made me realize that you get out of the dog what you put into the dog. The training was 100% perfect and justified for us! My husky and I highly recommend Willie! Further, he came by today to see how everything was going with the dog even though our training with him is complete. That is going above and beyond and was greatly appreciated. You will not find a harder working nor more upbeat and fun trainer. Thanks, Willie!
I used this service for over a year and for the most part was quite pleased with it. I ThOUGHT Willie was responsible and accountable for the employees he hired and the jobs they did for his customers. In June the dog walker that I had had resigned and I got some person named Josh. I noticed when I would come home after work i Aug my dog would have urinate for quite a long time and thougth that was kind of unusual. I boarded my dog with this company when I went on vacation the end of July.From the end of July thru the whole month of Aug I was under the impression that this new dog walker was coming daily at noon to take my dog out while I was at work. I thought it was odd that I never rec' d a notification of appts or an invoice for Aug I emailed Wille inquiring as to why this was,? Was my dog getting walked and who was walking her as I was never formally introduced to the new walker ( as any reputable company would do) I didnt know if it was a he or she , never got any updates that appt were completed ect. (You would think a company would know what their employees are doing--or NOT doing) He emailed back stating he would "look into it" The next day I texted him requesting an update-- and asking if they would still be taking my dog out. He texted me back stating he had "talked to Josh and confirmed he hadnt been walking Millie" AND that he didnt have another walker.. He said and I quote " I understand your frustration Nancy and Im sorry to lose your business as you were a good customer. Can you believe it??? So sad to bad youve been a faithful paying customre for a year and a half but I dont have the manpower to take care of you and by the way sorry I didnt tell you but I didnt even know my employee wasnt doing his job. Im with Petpartners now. A company that knows how to run a business and has accountability for its business and its workers and DOES IT RIGHT. Be ware YA'll if he can do this to me..what makes you think you rate? and please dont use JOSH
We had an excellent experience with Dove's and its staff! All interactions were prompt and professional, and the training we received from Sonja was perfectly tailored to our dog's and our family's needs. After just a few sessions, our family felt we had a new dog altogether - we are so grateful for the advice and expertise Dove's was able to give us, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling with their dog's behavior.
