Very disappointed with the arrangement I ordered for my Dad’s Birthday. They used a left over Valentines container and the 65.00 arrangement was NOT want was pictured. I will not order from this business again.

I wish I could post pictures of the hot mess I received for my anniversary gift. My poor husband was so embarrassed and upset. He paid over 150 for 10 worth of molded/rotten flowers and soggy, crushed fruit. They forgot items he special ordered and what was there was destroyed, they even put the wrong messages on everything. Nothing was right with this order. They gave us our money back which was the least they could do since we didn’t get what we ordered and nothing was salvageable. No offer to replace or do anything else. I would highly NOT recommend.

Very disappointed. I usually wouldn’t write a review but i have yet after three days got to talk to someone about my order i received. The gift came a day late, ice pack was completely melted so of course my strawberries were now warm, mushy and messy in the box. I’ve emailed, and been on hold with customer service 4 times now and have yet to speak to someone.
