Avoid the 4601 O Street location in Lincoln, NE at all costs if you value customer service. I turned my car in at the agreed upon time only to receive a bill 48 hours later charging me for an extra day. I called Enterprise main only to be told I had to speak to the local company - fine. I attempted to call the local branch all day (yes they were open) only to be repeatedly hung up on after sitting on hold for 20-30 min. Not sure what else to do here besides eat the 50 bucks and warn future patrons about the ambush they are about to walk into. Avoid this location - go to the airport, the convenient location on O street is NOT WORTH IT.

Excellent customer service! The check in process, which can be lengthy, was streamlined and is was good to go in under 10 minutes. The car was in great shape as well. I was picked up on time and was able to leave the car where necessary without any hassle. Recommend!
I came in to this Enterprise location last week with my mother. I called the branch to get information on the rental process prior to coming and spoke with Ernie. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the rental process and made sure we were prepared when we came in. When we got to the branch, we had the pleasure of working with Ernie again. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but had great customer service and gave us some good laughs! Thank you Ernie and Enterprise!
So I'm still in the car being driven to the building but I'm not impressed so far. :( first they didnt save my appointment and were an hour late to get me. Then the guy who came to get me was walking past my car and ran into it. And just kept walking. Dude. It's not a huge deal but it's a brand new car and you just scratched it with your coat.. lol not great so far. And now he's texting and driving. And over the middle line we go.. am I going to make it to enterprise in one piece!?
