I am only giving a 3 because it seems no one there can run a computer and tell me where the furniture I ordered is. I am told to talk to my salesperson but he never answers or calls back. pretty shoddy service after a 2000.00 purchase. This review may be change to a 1 if i do not hear from them soon.

Sales team was very helpful, and we like our bed. Would have rated higher but delivery crew didn't bother assembling the second bed frame. Would have saved me 90 minutes struggling with pitifully poor manufacturer instructions after they left. Can't believe we actually tipped them, too.

Spent thousands on a new bed and still don't have headboard brackets. Keep getting told someone will call and they never do. Left details of my order and situation with a couple people, but nobody takes ownership to satisfy the customer.
