Dr. Brinkhoff is exceptional. She has always helped my entire family with their needs from my children to me. She is always willing to work with us and has been following us for almost 10 years with no concerns of her care. Her nurse could be a bit more helpful but I would not downgrade Dr. Brinkhoff for that.

Stay as far away from this place as you can!! My husband went in for a wellness visit that is covered 100% by our insurance. Dr. Saathoff asks him how his asthma is doing, my husband says "fine". BOOM - 145 charge. Since Dr. Saathoff brought up asthma, they now code the visit as no longer being a wellness visit. Then they charge us 20 for filling out the emotional health questionnaire. This place has been a nightmare to work with ever since Co-vid. After every visit, we have to call and argue about mysterious charges and coding errors. We have been patients there for over 20 years but we are finding another Dr as this place is horrible. I am just mad I had to give them 1 star as that is more than they deserve.

Don’t get covid testing there. While urgent cares with insurance will cover it 100% and give the same care (listen to lungs, heart, take blood pressure, etc), they charge you for a long office visit per person (even if they were combined appointments for kids).

Very unprofessional dr Kim wouldn't help out very disappointed im in constant pain with my right shoulder from a motorcycle accident and she couldn't offer me anything for the pain or even an mri nothing... however she did offer me an arthritis medication so unprofessional and profiled me like I'm a druggie or they racially profiled me because of my tattoos idk but I'm definitely speaking to my attorney about this

My first issue with this business started with insomnia. I hadn't slept for five days and needed sleeping pills. They instead prescribed me antidepressants with (surprise, surprise!) a black box warning that states not to prescribe to anyone in my age range with history of suicidal tendencies. I didn't know what was going on until my therapist figured it out and demanded I stopped taking it. Would've saved a lot of pain if they'd just listen. My second issue is with the front desk. If I manage to get on the phone with them to make an appointment, I'd be transferred to a line that never picks up and I'd have to leave a voicemail. I can't even remember how many voicemails I left that wasn't a response to. When I did manage to make an appointment over the phone, I'd go in they'd say there wasn't an appointment listed. Thirdly, I had asked for a doctor's note with medical clearance to return to work. I wouldn't be able to get through the front doors without it. They gave me the wrong letter after I had already waited for 15 minutes and then made me wait 8 minutes more for the second one. Overall, this is the worst medicine practice I've ever worked with and I do NOT reccomend the hassle.

Terrible experience...I don't have insurance but I have money. Dr. Brinkoff gave no help other than telling me "well what do you want to do I can give you antibiotics" she didn't examine me other that feeling my stomach. I felt like because I didn't have insurance she was not interested in helping me..Will NEVER return to this office ever again.
