We have been insured by FARMERS INS for several years. I have no reason to price shop because I know they will take care of me. My Husband while traveling thru our small town was sideswiped by a piece of farm equipment being pulled by a truck. They did not stop, and he had to follow and confront the person. As expected, he claimed he was not in the wrong and my husband should have pulled over more. There were parked cars where he couldn’t pull over. We only had to report the accident to our Farmers Insurance Agent, Valerie Michelsen and she did the rest. We had to pay the deductible and Farmers Insurance paid for fixing our truck. Farmers then went to subrogation and State Farm paid for the truck repair and we received a check for 500 for our deductible. It’s such a hassle to have an accident or claim but Valerie Michelsen, and The Rex Viola Agency will take care of you. I will always trust Farmers for my auto and homeowner’s insurance. They do the work for you and will find you the best policy for your bucks.
