Absolutely lovely and welcoming staff! I went in when it was quiet and I overheard 2 employees planning to design the shop window, they're very passionate about their job- which is refreshing to see in retail! Quality of the products is worth the money. Such an easy shopping experience.

My husband and I visited the store yesterday, we love Fat Face because of the quality of their clothing. We always find the staff pleasant and helpful but yesterday was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble (Checking upstairs for the sizes we required) In the event we purchased a coat each, we now look forward to returning to spend our vouchers next month.
