We asked them to come give us an estimate to replace our hardwood floors. A full week after I initially made contact, I finally heard back and we set up a time. They came out and did their measurements and discussed what we were looking for. Another full week went by, and then my husband got a call from someone at a completely different company saying they got our info from Fisher-Moser, who decided they weren't going to take on our job and passed us along to these people. At no point did anyone from Fisher-Moser contact us to discuss why they weren't able to do the job or to request permission to give our contact info to another company. Highly unprofessional.
