Beautiful flowers delivered to my hotel for my birthday celebrations. Came in a candy stripe box with the flowers in a bag of water. Its been 11 days since they were delivered and they are still going strong. Thank you Suzanne

Very poor customer service on more than one occasion, I will NOT use this florist again! I’ve used this florist several times over the past 3-4 year as I can’t fault their flowers, they do a lovely bunch of flowers which is why this is such a shame. Over the pandemic I have been trying to support my local businesses however on the last two occasions of ATTEMPTING to shop here the staff have been extremely rude, and on both occasions I have then left and chosen to go elsewhere. I don’t not wish to be spoken to in such a manner and therefore will not be using their services again.

Ordered a wreath, very disappointed with the card. Despite reading it over the phone, a mistake was made on the card. This was a joint order between my brother and his wife, and myself and my wife. The wording on the card was very important to us.
