I personally feel very sorry for any patient that is placed in this facility and I warn their families to think twice about doing it. The management is awful they do absolutely nothing but complain or solve any problems. Excuses galore! They are constantly understaffed they don’t have enough staff ever and the Patients pay for it, cold meals, skipping their baths, soiled and dirty. Grumpy burned out attitudes from overworked employees. This was at one time a wonderful facility. My father Was placed here in 2015 it was fantastic then! Has gone completely down the toilet. And to top it all off has about the worst admissions team They completely lied to me about my mother and her placement not one single guarantee was follow through on. Tammy....I believe, don’t listen to anything she has to say! Be afraid very afraid! Any other place is better.

I've had great experiences working with the nursing staff and their aides as well as the support staff. All are particularly working hard to keep residents and staff healthy during the pandemic. The nursing staff have always helped when my friend needs them. The administrative staff are very nice. They helped us when it was time to apply for Medicaid, answered any billing questions we have, and keep clothing clean and serve good food.
Gateway vista is a 5 star facility. Therapy staff delivers excellent care and challenges you to get better. Meals are recommended by the dietitian and are adapted to your medical needs. Nursing staff are caring and professional. Nursing assistants deliver excellent care services. I enjoyed the church services. therapy staff delivers excellent care
Tried calling my grandma and they seriously did not know how to transfer a phone to her room. Tried calling again and the phone call got disconnected. Called a third time and some lady with snotty attitude finally got me through. What an adventure just to get ahold of my grandmother. Thoroughly unimpressed.
THANKS TO ALL STAFFS: WHO WORKS HARD AS A TEAM WHICH MADE MY STAY SO COMFORT AND A JOY TO BE THERE. I BROKE MY BIGGEST BONE IN MY RIGHT LEG PLUS KNEE SURGERY NEEDED AS WELL. SO I THANKS THE THERAPY, AIDES, NURSES, LUNCH STAFFS WHERE I AND MY FRIENDS I MADE LAUGHS THE MOST AND WE PUT TOGETHER A 500 PIECES PUZZLE WE CALL ANYONE HELP US WE WILL GIVE A BIG HUG . LOVE BOBBY
