Great store, huge selection of juices, mods, pens, etc. Staff was awesome, so polite, very helpful and all while he was training a worker who had just started but made sure to let me know he was training her when I walked up to the counter to be helped. While I was choosing what juices to buy, he let me know of a deal they had going on certain ones and made sure I got my money's worth rather than just trying to make as much as possible. I'm not from NE but come here for work, will visit this store everytime I'm here from now on. Actually am going back tomorrow to buy more I was that impressed and happy with the service I received.

I have bought 3 different 100 vapes from here and each time they turn out to be a complete waste of money. They all have made popping/crackling sounds and hurt my lungs. I know good vapes exist but for some reason I always get sold bad products when I come here. I am going back to buying 10 disposable ones and not coming back to this store.

From my first stop here years ago this vape shop treated me like family and is the gold standard in customer service selection and knowledge hands down I wouldn't go to anther place even when I dont come in for years they still remember me and I cant say anything that is bad about them except they should expand to where ever I go
