Not only Were they helpful but Chelsey was great and came to my rescue after a post when someone broke into my daughter's car and I did not know where to go in town. I would recommend Glass Dr to anyone. They are very friendly and abide by the social distancing and their prices are really good and not price gouging. and are pretty quick with service as well. I will definitely be going back in the future and referring people to them.

Very disappointed in the quality of work done. Instead of fixing the work themselves they choose to have my painter do it and paid him a fourth of the price they charged me. Didn’t even clean up the glazing they removed from the windows and put the storm windows back on.

Ron and his team are extremely efficient and good at what they do. Had two chips, one very large, repaired before a crack began. Can barely see where the chip was and it saved my windshield! Thanks!

The customer service side with the office gal isn't bad. It's non-existent. I can't tell you how many times I had to text or call her for updates on a tabletop piece of glass. They came out and measured the table. Unfortunately the manufacturer they use is worthless and allows their workers to make errors on the glass up to 1/8th of an inch. Which doesn't work when you need a precise cut. Otherwise everyone else was great and easy to work with. Unfortunately since the manufacturer messed up twice and I had to wait about a month each time, we decided to not continue trying to correct the issue. They were nice about it and gave me a full refund on the glass.

They cut a mirror for a large ornate antique frame I have. Answered all my questions. Gave me valuable tips and tricks for securing and hanging it. Fast. Professional. Perfect. Thank you!!
