I purchased a Sentry Wireless alarm off these guys over a year ago and had a few teething problems, however the customer support and help you receive is unbelievable and a genuine credit to this company. the help and advice is second to none and they cannot do enough to help. I have again recently had issues with a recommended app which they advised to use and I must say a gentleman named Dan has been as helpful as ever, I would very highly recommend this company on their customer support alone.... excellent.

Bought a sentry pro wireless alarm system they were a great help in getting what I needed and kit was supplied pre programmed and couldn't of asked for a better system. Very well priced too.

Bought a PD Solutions security system from them which I am very pleased with. I had a small technical problem that was dealt with in a most professional manner by Dan. I have had reasons to call multi national companies in the past with problems but have never received this level of knowledge and service.

Wish I could give it 10*. Everything arrived well packaged, protected and in perfect condition. I bought the Sentry Pro, with 6 PIRs and 6 door contacts. A very sophisticated system, with loads of options, including which ones to turn on/off, daytime/nighttime, time delays. Lots more than stated in the ads. Being 80 and with memory not so good, I got the system in a bit of a 'pickle' several times and had to ring for help. But my contact with Dan, for assistance, was the easiest and most pleasurable after sales I've ever had. No question was too much trouble. The answers were instantaneous. Also, Dan knows his business 100%. On my last call, he sorted all my remaining problems out in one go, most of which were caused by my fiddling with settings without being sure of what I was doing, when I should have rung him first. The system is as brilliant as Dan is. I would highly recommend both to anyone needing a really good, well priced D I Y alarm system. Please have a good look around the web site, which is very detailed and honest. Dan, I wish you and Global Gadgets every success in the future. You deserve it. Regards. Des. A couple of weeks later.
