On a suggestion of a good friend we got into town on Saturday and did a 2 day rental with Great America ski rental. The ski shop was great in letting me pick up early a day ahead unlike the other stores that were going to make me wait till end of day. The staff was so attentive and made the process of a family of 4 easy and swift. Customer service was outstanding. Will be heading back next year

Super helpful getting my skis setup even though I got them somewhere else. Ended up buying boots and a helmet. Couldn’t be happier with the extra effort to get me setup for the rest of the week!

So much better than renting on-mountain! The equipment was all new and in great shape. We were able to pick up our rentals at closing the day before our rental started, so we didn't have to deal with it early in the morning. And the staff were super patient with my 3 kids who were in prime \we just spent 3 hours in a car together without a break\ mode... Not to mention the fact that it was way less expensive than renting at the resort.
