The way they do business is far better than the majority of other vehicle dealerships. They do NOT have a high pressure sales tactic, this is rare for a dealership in my many experiences with other dealerships. The salesperson (Caleb) who I worked with was honest, patent, understanding and very respectful. This dealership actually listens to your wants/needs when it comes to a vehicle, they went above and beyond helping me out. I pointed out a few issues with the vehicle they brought to Lincoln, NE from another location and they had no issues fixing all of the issues free of charge.

We spent hours of time at two dealerships prior to stopping in at Gregg Young Automotive of Lincoln. The experience was like night and day. The GY team is friendly, laid back - and dedicated to meeting the needs of the customer. Would definitely recommend working with them. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and valued. From sales (Cesar) to managing (Adam) to the last stop with Aryeh for the part - all was a great experience. My regret is that we stopped here last - and spent way too many unnecessary hours at other dealerships! Next time - Start here!
I truly couldn't be more impressed with these guys. They did everything over the phone, then drove an HOUR to my house so I could do a test-drive. We ended up buying the vehicle that very day. There was no pressure, no haggling, and they came down to the price I asked for without hesitation. I've already referred my mom! Very satisfied customer here.
We experienced a couple of issues with the vehicle we purchased. We were able to talk with the dealership and they drove over 3 hours to get our vehicle, drive it back to their location, and are in the process of fixing the issues. They gave us a loaner vehicle in the meantime. We are impressed by this service and look forward to getting our vehicle back! We would recommend this dealership because of their integrity and willingness to make things right, even going above and beyond to do so.
Our Salesman Austin made it a comfortable and easy process when purchasing our vehicle this week! We were not 100% sure what we wanted and he was very knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining different features etc on the vehicles we looked at. He went out of his way to make sure we found something we were going to be happy with! He was also very helpful (and quick to respond) over the phone through text when I had questions prior to arriving at the dealership.
Salesman Austin was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. He brought vehicle inside so I wasn't out in bitter cold. Tried to low ball on trade-in, wanted to give me less than 1000, sold 3 days later for 3000.00. Finance guy was super inexperienced and didn't fill out paperwork completely or have me sign all necessary documents. I love the vehicle, but no one should have to spend 41/2 hours to get transaction completed. Austin was who made the deal happen!! Overall experience a 3.
Buying my car through Gregg Young was a great experience. They were up front with me, very helpful and went the extra mile. From Justin our car dealer to financing everyone was extremely nice. Will defiantly buy my next car from them!
The first time I went for service of oil change and tire rotation. Was told they did not rotate the tires since they didn't think they needed rotated. The second time I went in for the same service I reminded them I wanted tires rotated. They said they did and topped off the nitrogen in the tires (I had been getting the low tire pressure message). After I left I checked the tire pressure monitor on the vehicle. The pressures were still below the recommended pressure and each of the tires pressured were all different. The third time probably won't happen. I don't trust the service being sold is being provided.
