This company is one of the best supporters of any prospective ex military person applying for a management position within this company. I've had a great experience interviewing with Greystone and I couldn't be happier with my employment with them.

Interviewed with this company a few years back when I was transitioning out of the infantry as an Army captain and was at first intrigued in the first round interview. They decided to fly me out to their plant in Rhode Island and gave me a plant tour then followed up with a couple of interviews in a conference room. That is when things took a turn for the worst. I was repeatedly asked very ridiculous questions about my deployment to Afghanistan by the CEO. He actually had the audacity to ask how I could leave my unit in afghanistan after I had been injured and evacuated. He related it to a football game and see if he were in my shoes he wouldn't have had the stomach to leave the . I was seriously taken aback at this statement and caught off guard. I was injured by an IED and had to fly to Germany to get surgery and was eventually taken back to my home station. The dude was seriously attacking my character and had I been a little wiser I would have told him to &&@ off. I have zero respect for this company and the employees and owners. Still can't believe they had such a bozo with such low moral character in charge of their company. Should probably have filed some type of BBB complaint or something relating to unfair and Illegal interviewing techniques, but I really just wanted to forget that place and move on to bettter opportunities. Thankfully I found a role as a managment consulting after getting my MBA now.
