Female owner - Have used High St Halfords a number of times with different vehicles over the years. I have never experienced any problems. They always do exactly what I need and never find additional jobs that require additional charges (like some have done). They are always very helpful and give me plenty of information. I find all the engineers are happy to go the extra mile when I'm unsure of what the car needs and I never feel they are exploiting the situation. Repeat happy customer.

Very professional, trustworthy and friendly staff. Nothing was to much or to little for them. Very knowledgeable and kept you updated throughout the job. Pricing was very fair and job was completed earlier than expected. Very good workmanship! I would recommend this garage to anyone. One nice touch was they show you all the faulty parts that have been replaced once finished.
